Award

An Award is given by Management based on specific achievements or categories defined by the organization.

Employees who receive an award will be notified via email, and the award badge will automatically appear on their profile.

If an employee has received more than one award, only the most recent badge will be displayed on their profile, while the full award history can be accessed within their profile.
