Resigned Employee
The Resigned Employee Report enables Management and HR to review attendance and leave records of employees who have resigned from the organization.
This report helps ensure historical employee data remains accessible for monitoring purposes, audit compliance, and accurate recordkeeping even after employment has ended.

Currently, the report is available for Attendance and Leave Reports.
Attendance & Leave Report

By selecting a specific month, the system will display a list of employees who resigned during that period.
For each employee, Management and HR can review important information including:
- Total attendance records
- Late check-in occurrences
- Leave taken
- Total work duration
- Remaining Regular Leave Balance
- Remaining Extra Leave Balance
This information is particularly useful for administrative and payroll processes. For example, when unused leave balances are eligible for monetary compensation, the report assists Management and HR in calculating final employee entitlements accurately and efficiently.
Additionally, the employee’s name can be clicked to open a detailed calendar view displaying the employee’s work schedule and leave activities for the selected reporting period.

The calendar view provides a clearer visualization of daily attendance and leave records, enabling Management and HR to perform more detailed reviews and analysis when needed.
