Turnover
The Turnover Report in Sentec EMS is now available to provide an in-depth analysis of employee contract status changes over a selected period. Users can specify the desired reporting period before the report displayed. At the top of the report, users can also download the report in Excel or PDF format.
The report includes :
- Bar Chart : Shows the percentage difference in turnover across the selected months, helping users identify turnover trends over time.
- Pie Chart Displays the proportion of various contract statuses, such as Resign, Terminated, End of Contract, Deceased and Other, in a clear, visual format.
At the bottom of the report, additional details are provided in a list format, including :
- Contract Status : Resign, Terminated, End of Contract, Deceased or Other.
- Job Title
- Department
- Effective Date
This feature offers a more structured and informative view, enabling administrators to monitor employee turnover efficiently.
