Overview

Sentec EMS is accessible through a web broswer and is ideal for various scenario, including :

• A flexible payroll system that can be confgured according to local company regulation.
• Attendance management without a fingerprint scanner, with location tracking and photo verification as additional security measures.
• Employee contract recording, including contract change history and extensions.
• Dynamic work scheduling, supporting various work patterns, including both shift-based and default schedules.
• Leave management, with customizable leave type that can be tailored for each employee.
• An integrated recruitment process, from candidate tracking to employee contract creation.
• Report generation and analytics to assist HR in making strategic decisions.

There are two main entities in this system :

• Company - Manages employees data, contracts, and other system configurations.
• Employee - Has access to various features such as attendance, leave requests, payslips and more.

NOTE

Company and employee are two entities that will be associated with a contract. Thus, an employee who has a contract with a company will receive benefits according to the company's provisions.

Management

Sentech EMS Management is specialized software for companies. Users need to be registered before accessing the system, with each user's access rights customized.

The software is used for:

• Managing employee data and contracts
• Generating payroll reports
• Setting work schedules
• Handling attendance reports
• Managing employee leave
• Configuring various system settings

NOTE

Users on the management page are expected to use their official email.

Employee

Sentec EMS Employee allows all registered employees to use the platform. Employees can:

• Clock in and out
• View their work schedules
• Submit leave requests
• Download salary slips
• Update personal information
• Conducting the recruitment process
• Perform other related tasks

NOTE

Employees who are not under contract with any company but use Sentec EMS can still log in to this page with limited access (managing personal data and viewing contract history).

Employees with specific roles like Department Heads (HODs) may have additional features.
