Overview
The Finance menu helps companies manage Loan and Compensation processes across their units.
This feature allows companies to handle employee financial transactions directly within the system, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and better control.
In the Finance menu, you will find two sub-menus:
- Loan: Manage employee loan requests, approvals, and repayments. The loan accounts configured in the Finance Setup will appear here as selectable options.
- Compensation: Manage overtime conversion settings, whether converting overtime hours into leave or payroll payments.
With these features, companies can easily monitor, process, and report financial adjustments related to employee benefits, all within one integrated system.
You can configure your loan and compensation setup in Configuration → Setup → Finance
