A new Bulk Edit Leave Balance feature has been introduced to simplify mass updates of employee leave balances.
Key capabilities:
- Perform bulk addition or subtraction of leave balances.
- Apply updates to all employees or specific groups based on working status (Contract, Permanent, Daily Worker).
- Supports leave types with balances, such as Annual Leave.
Balance Adjustment Options:
- Reset Balance: Replace all existing balances with the entered total.
- Without Reset: Add or subtract the entered value from the current balance.
Additional Features:
- All bulk updates are recorded and available in the change history.
Benefits:
- Efficient handling of company-wide adjustments.
- Useful for cases such as cuti bersama (collective leave) or policy changes.
Access:
- Available in Leave → Administration Menu.
- The Bulk Edit Leave Balance button is located at the top-right corner of the page.
Property Management: Default Property Setting
A new Default Property feature has been introduced to enhance user experience when managing multiple units or properties.
Key capabilities:
- Users can set a default property for consistent access.
- The system will automatically open pages using the selected default property.
- Reduces the need to repeatedly switch between properties.
Availability:
- Available on both Management Page and Employee Page.
How to Set Default Property:
- Go to the Switch Property menu.
- Select Set Default Property.
- Choose the desired property.
Additional Information:
- When selecting a default property on the Employee page, users can also view contract details, including position, department, and level.
- Users can change the default property at any time.

Payroll Setup: Simulation for Prorated Salary & Hourly Rate
A new simulation feature has been added to Payroll Setup to improve payroll calculation accuracy and flexibility.
Key capabilities:
- Simulate prorated salary based on working days.
- Simulate hourly-based salary calculations.
- Preview payroll results before final processing.
- Supports scenarios such as mid-month joiners, resignations, and hourly-based employees.
How to Use:
- Enable the Hourly Rate toggle and input the number of hours to simulate hourly calculations.
- For prorated salary, add a new record and input the expected working days.
Employee Contract: Employee Code Validation
An update has been made to improve employee code management within the contract.
Enhancements:
- The system now prevents duplicate employee codes across different employees.
- An employee code that is already used by another employee cannot be assigned again.
- The same employee can still use their existing code across their own contracts.
Benefits:
- Ensures data consistency and uniqueness of employee identification.
- Improves accuracy in employee record management.

Reprimand Management
A new Reprimand Management feature has been introduced to support management in documenting and managing employee disciplinary actions within the system.
Key capabilities:
- Configure Reprimand Templates through Configuration → Setup → Performance Tab.
- Templates define the reprimand structure, approval workflow, and letter format.
- Support for dynamic placeholders to automatically populate employee and reprimand details in letters.
- Heads of Department (HOD) and Property Leaders can assign reprimands directly from the Employee Page → Performance Menu.
- Users can add violation descriptions, attach supporting documents, and submit reprimands for approval.
- Approval workflow allows designated approvers to review and approve reprimands through the Approval Page → Reprimand.
- Draft mode allows reprimands to be viewed, edited, deleted, or submitted for approval before processing.
Letter Management:
- Management can generate or upload reprimand letters based on the selected template.
- Letters support digital signature workflows for assigned signers.
- Default signers include the HOD (creator), approver(s), and the employee, with the option to add additional signers.
- Management can review, upload, or generate the final PDF and set the reprimand status to Completed.
- Once completed, Management can define the effective date, while the validity and expiration period follow the template configuration.
- Letters can be previewed and downloaded at any time, even while the signing process is ongoing.
Access:
- Management Page: Create Reprimand Template, View reprimand records, generate or upload letters, set the reprimand status to Completed, and download reprimand documents.
- HOD Page: Assign or create reprimands, edit, delete, and submit them for approval. Once a reprimand is Completed and the letter is available, the HOD can download the letter from the Reprimand Information Details section.

Several improvements have been made to enhance the vacancy creation and management experience.
Vacancy List Enhancements
- Added new filters in the Vacancy List, including:
- Status filter
- Checklist display
Vacancy Editing & Deletion
- Users can now delete vacancies that have not yet been published.
- For published vacancies, the vacancy must first be unpublished before the delete option becomes available.
- Users can now update the vacancy name when the vacancy status is other than Published.
Candidate Management
- When rejecting a candidate application, users can now add remarks or a rejection reason.

Attendance Approval Workflow
- A new attendance approval feature allows attendance records to require approval before being finalized
- Designed to support employees working from dynamic or multiple locations
- Attendance requiring approval will be marked with Need Approval status
- Submitted or modified attendance records will automatically appear as Pending Approval
- Employees can view approval requests through Attendance → Records → Request
- Management/HR can review, approve, or reject attendance from Attendance → Record → Request
- Approved attendance is finalized and included in official attendance reports
- Rejected attendance must be resubmitted by the employee after coordination with HR

HOD Training Session Management

- Management assigns training topics to departments, enabling HOD session management
- HOD can create, activate, and manage training sessions directly from the Topic menu
- Supports uploading session photos, documents, and manual participant addition
- HOD can verify participant attendance and manage attendance records
- Attendance records within training sessions can be deleted when corrections are required
Payroll Prorate Calculation Setup
- Introduced prorate payroll calculation configurable via Configuration → Setup → Payroll
- Payroll can now calculate salary proportionally based on working days within the payroll period
- Prorate calculation uses:
- (Total Working Days ÷ Expected Working Days) × Total Basic Salary
- Expected working days automatically follow the timesheet period and can be manually adjusted
- Currently supports prorate calculation for Salary and FPSC components
- Ensures accurate payroll calculation for new hires and employees with contract end dates within a payroll period

Custom Form Management
- Custom Forms can now be assigned directly from the Management Page.
- Management or HR can assign forms to specific employees, complete the required information, and add notes or instructions.
- Assigned employees receive an email notification with a direct link to review the form.
- After completing the required information, employees can save the form. If approval is required, the form is automatically submitted for approval.
Employee Document Upload Control
- Employee Document settings have been updated to allow Management or HR to enable or restrict employee document uploads.
- When enabled, employees can upload and update documents from their profile via the Folder tab.
- A pencil icon indicates that document upload and editing are allowed.
- Management and HR retain visibility and control over all uploaded documents.
Attendance – Restrict Check-In
- A new Restrict Check-In setting allows Management to control employee access to clock-in.
- Employees can only clock in within a defined time window after their scheduled start time.
- The clock-in window is calculated as Time In Late + Restrict Check-In duration.
- Once the allowed time is exceeded, the Check-In button is disabled and the employee will no longer be able to clock in.
Calendar Highlight Improvements
- Public holidays are highlighted with a distinct color across the Schedule Calendar and all available calendar views.
- Weekends are displayed in gray, making non-working days easier to identify.
Attendance Activity Record Logging
- All attendance activities are recorded in the Record Log.
- Clock-in can only be performed once per schedule.
- Clock-out can be performed multiple times in a day and is recorded in the Activity Log.
- The system records the first clock-in and last clock-out of the day as the official attendance record.
- Additional clock-out activities are stored sequentially in the Activity Log (Log 1, Log 2, and so on).
Payroll & Tax Reporting (Indonesia)
- The Employee Tax Summary is available to support tax reporting requirements in Indonesia.
- The Employee Tax Summary has been updated to comply with the Monthly PPh 21 Withholding Slip (Bukti Potong PPh 21 Bulanan) format.
- Reports are ready for upload to Coretax in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
- This feature is available in the Payroll Report for records with a Paid status.
- Reports can be downloaded in XLS format for official tax reporting and audit purposes.

Loan Integration with Payroll
- Loans from the Finance module are now fully integrated with Payroll.
- To include loan data in payroll reports, loans must first be mapped to a corresponding payroll account.
- Once mapped, loan deductions can be added to the payroll report using the Push Loan feature. You must push the loan to include the loan deduction in the payroll report.
- This integration improves payroll accuracy, reduces manual adjustments, and provides better visibility of loan deductions.
Extra Leave Balance Report
- Added a new Extra Leave Balance Report for management.
- Management can now view extra leave balances through a dedicated report with filters for:
- Period
- Activation Date
- Expiration Date
- The report can also be downloaded for further review.

Payroll Data Import Enhancement
- You can now select which payroll component or account to update in payroll reports.
- All accounts available in your Payroll Profile will be displayed, allowing you to easily choose the specific account to update.
- After selecting the desired account, you can download a dedicated import template, input the required values, and import the data into the payroll report.

We have added the Custom Form feature to improve employee letter management. This feature enables companies to create, customize, and manage form templates according to their needs.
HR and Management can design custom forms, define approval workflows, and enable digital signatures. Employees can submit letters using the designed templates, while designated approvers receive notifications to review and authorize submissions.

How It Works
- A status bubble appears on the employee’s profile photo.

A new feature under Management → Configuration → Setup → Attendance allows you to create and manage Overtime Profiles.
What This Feature Does:
You can define how your company calculates overtime based on internal policies or labor law regulations. Configure parameters like rate, salary-based calculation, tolerance time, max duration, and progressive calculation to align with your company’s rules.Overtime Profile Calculation
Overtime can now be calculated using two methods:- Fixed Rate – Overtime is paid at a fixed amount per hour.
- Formula-Based – Overtime is calculated using a defined formula (e.g., 1/173 × SALARY).
Max Duration & Tolerance
Set limits and grace periods for overtime:- Max Duration (Minutes): Maximum overtime allowed per day.
- Tolerance (Minutes): Grace period; overtime below this may not be counted.
Progressive Calculation & Tiers
Enable progressive rates to pay different multipliers for each hour of overtime. Multiple tiers can be configured to reflect different rates for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd hour, etc.Loan Setup

Shift Schedule Display : Employees can now view the shift schedule for the previous day, today and the net two days when recording attendance. Employees must select the shift for the current day before proceeding with attendance.

Displaying Location and Photo Validation : Management can enable or disable location and photo validation in the Attendance Setup. If set to True, the system will display the validation results in the employess's application; if set To False, the validation results will not be shown during attendance.
Overtime Calculation Setup : A new field, Count Overtime, has been added to Attendance Setup. This field calculates work hours exceeding the scheduled shift. If set to 0, the system will start calculating overtime from the end of the shift until the employees check out.
Leave Balance Editing In Leave Administration, users can edit regular leave balances by clicking the pencil icon next to the leave balance. The 'Edit Leave Balance' pop-up allows user to add or substract leave balance and provides a history of balance changes.
Attendance Report Changelog A new feature on attendance reports allows users to track changelog records related to employee attendance, including the number of valid/invalid attendance locations and photos, as well as validation details for each attendance record. This feature can be accessed by clicking the graph icon next to the employee's name.

Setup Employee Management - Edit Access
In the management application, under Configuration > Setup > Employee, theres is now an option to grant edit access for employees' Personal Information, Address and Administrative Details.
- Allow All : Grants edit access for all fields in Personal Information or other fields.

Extra Leave Approval Process in The Management Page
The Management Page now has two new tabs for handling Extra Leave approvals :
- Manage Tab : Used to activate Extra Leave balance requests submitted by the HOD.

Attendance Note Now Visible

To enhance security, the system now includes a User Idle Timeout features :
- If a uses is inactive for 13 minutes, a pop-up notification will appear asking if the are still active.
