Sentec EMS currently supports login using an email address, either with or without Google association. Any employee or user whose email address is registered in Sentec EMS can log in using their registered personal email.

• If your registered email is associated with Google (for example, Gmail), you can click Continue with Google.
• If your registered email is not associated with Google (for example, Yahoo, Ymail, etc.), you can continue using the Magic Link option.

Enter your email address, and you will receive an email notification containing a link to continue the login process.

To fully access all employee features in Sentec EMS, you must have an active employment contract registered with a company that uses Sentec EMS. If you do not have an active contract, you can still access Sentec EMS with limited access, which includes viewing your profile and contract information only. In this case, you will not be able to receive company benefits or access permissions provided by the registered company.

Note

The email address used to log in as an employee is unique and cannot be changed by either the employee or management. If your email address needs to be updated, please inform your management/HR so they can request the change.
