View of Leave Report

The Leave Report in Sentec EMS provides detailed insights into employee leave usage and leave balances. With the latest update, the report now includes:

  1. Taken Leave Summary
    A breakdown of leave types taken by employees within a specific period.

  2. Remaining Leave Balance Summary
    Comprehensive information on both regular and extra leave balances for each employee, showing the remaining balance available for all employees.

  3. Leave Breakdown
    A detailed summary of Taken Leave and Remaining Regular and Extra Leave, providing a clear overview of how each employee has utilized their leave entitlements.

View of Leave Report Breakdown

This report presents a clear and consolidated summary to help manage employee leave by providing all relevant information in one place.

In addition to selecting a period, the Leave Report can also be filtered by department, employee level, and working status, allowing users to view specific data according to their needs.

Extra Leave Reports

View of Extra Leave Report

In the Management Portal, users can view employee Extra Leave balances through a dedicated report.
This report provides filtering options by period, activation date, and expiration date.
The report can also be downloaded for further review and analysis.

Extra Leave Report Summary

This report displays a comprehensive summary of Extra Leave balances, including a detailed breakdown of:

  • Total entitlement
  • Consumed leave
  • Remaining available balance

for each type of extra leave.
This provides clearer visibility into leave usage and helps management effectively monitor and manage extra leave allocations.

Extra Leave Report Details

Users can expand each activation date to view detailed records, including:

  • Employee name and position
  • Department
  • Extra leave type (e.g. Extra Off, Day Off Payment)
  • Activation date and expiration date
  • Reason for the extra leave
  • Current status (Available, Expired, or Consumed)

This enhancement provides improved visibility into extra leave allocation, usage, and remaining balances, making it easier for management to monitor and control extra leave entitlements.
